Hi, I’m Miya.

I work with individuals, couples, and co-parents who are trying to make sense of their experiences, improve their relationships, and better understand themselves.

You might feel stuck in patterns, disconnected from others, or unsure how to move forward — even if, on the outside, everything seems fine.

My role is to create a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin to make sense of what’s been weighing on you.

How I Work

I take a collaborative and supportive approach to therapy, focusing on helping you understand the patterns, emotions, and experiences that shape how you relate to yourself and others.

Rather than rushing to solutions, we take time to explore what’s underneath — building awareness, strengthening emotional connection, and creating space for meaningful change.

Therapy with me is a place where you can be honest, curious, and fully yourself without judgment.

I work best with clients who are:

• Open to exploring their thoughts and emotions

• Ready to better understand themselves and their relationships

• Willing to engage in the process, even when it feels uncomfortable

• Looking for a space that is supportive, honest, and grounded

You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin — just a willingness to start.
